= =Our Painted Lady Caterpillars arrived today. We are very excited to learn about the life cycle of a butterfly. The tan "stuff" at the bottom of the cup is the food for the caterpillars. They will eat this until they begin their journey to the top of the cup for the chrysallis process. I wonder if all 6 of our caterpillars will make that journey? =

We skyped with another classroom in Pennsylvania.We talked about our chick hatching but also told them about our butterfly project.You can see our class in the small picture in the bottom left hand corner.

This is a picture of Mrs. Moody's class Skyping with Ms. Knauss' class in Pennsylvania. Students asked lots of questions from both schools. What a wonderful experience for all the students today. Technology is such a great teaching tool.
